All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends on holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Missing or Defective Merchandise

If you have a missing or defective item, please contact us immediately via email within 24 hours upon receiving your order. All original packaging materials and defective items must be returned to us. Upon approval, we will replace the item or issue a refund once we have received confirmation.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Your item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Please allow 5-10 business days for this to process.

Cancellations

We process the orders as soon as when we receive it. There are no cancellations due to this, but if you have made an error on your order, please contact us immediately via email and we will do our best to assist you.
